Action Upon Notification

Upon receiving a proper notification of alleged infringement, All Virginia Forms commits to acting swiftly to remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing. Our process is designed to ensure that disputes are resolved efficiently, keeping in mind the rights of both the copyright owner and the content provider.

Counter Notification

If you have received a notice that your content has been taken down due to a copyright claim and you believe your content does not infringe upon anyone else's rights, or you have authorization from the copyright holder to use this content, you may send us a counter notice. Similar to the infringement notification, the counter notice should be sent to dmca@vatemplate.com and include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which All Virginia Forms may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
